Greentwig Woodworking and Brass – 30 Day Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

 

My goal is to gain your trust and confidence as an on-line customer. I want you to come back, and with any luck, you will refer a shipmate or a friend. I will make every effort to ensure you receive a quality product in a timely manner and that your shopping experience is not hampered by a complicated exchange, return and/or refund policy.

 

On-line shopping can be a great experience if the company you do business with treats you fairly and with respect. If a company does a good job; that customer often tells one or two people of their positive experience. However, if a company does a bad job, that customer is likely to tell everyone! Therefore, to safeguard my reputation and build a loyal customer base please follow these guidelines:

 

  1. Did I send the wrong item? Mistakes happen from time to time and I will pay to ship out the correct item as quickly as possible.
  2. Did the item arrive damaged? Please notify me as soon as possible if a package arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality of a product. Dependant on the original shipping method, there may be a reasonable amount of insurance included on that shipment to cover full replacement costs. When this happens I will replace the item with stock on hand. I may also request a picture of the damaged good(s) for insurance purposes. On custom crafted wooden anchors, I may request the item be shipped back for repair.

Note: depending on the size of the order multiple boxes may be used in the shipping process as the wooden anchors are very fragile and the seven inch bells or multiple brass items will be very heavy.

 

  1. Exchanges: I will ship you a replacement item at no cost to you; provided you send me back the original item. Your due diligence during the ordering process will prevent most mix-ups from happening. However, you may contact me to inquire about an item before ordering/shipping through e-mail and I will respond as quickly as possible. Remember I am a one man show.

Note: an item may appear to have a quality issue with the chrome finish as some of these brass products are very difficult to chrome. The finish in some areas may be a little less than perfect and only adds to the character of each individual piece.

 

  1. Returns: When you purchase and item that does not meet your liking I request you pay the return cost of shipping. I will then refund your money to include the full cost of purchase, including the original handling fee.
  2. Refunds: All refunds will be mailed out by check or refunded to the applicable account.

My pledge to you – I will make every effort to treat you fairly and honor a 30 Day Return, Refund and or Exchange as policy, based on the date of the shipping. Any issues not covered may be considered on a case by case basis.
